The following are the terms upon which we (Your Choice Lottery Ltd) are involved in assisting you (the purchaser of lottery chances) to buy one or more lottery chances from Targeted Fundraising Ltd (a not for profit company registered to run lotteries with Carrick District Council Local Authority), which is promoting this lottery scheme, via this website.

1. Your purchase of lottery chances is from the promoter solely in accordance with the terms under which the promoter from time to time promotes its lottery schemes. Full details of these terms can be supplied to you on request by emailing: admin@yourchoicelottery.co.uk
   
2. By registering on this website you acknowledge that you will have no claim against us for any failure of any equipment or software (wherever located or administered and whether or not under our control) or any delay or failure which may delay or prevent your purchase of lottery chances.
   
3. You represent and agree that:-
   a) you are over 16 years of age
   b) you are resident in The United Kingdom
   c) you will not buy (or purport to buy) any lottery chances on behalf of anybody else
   d) neither we or our shareholders, directors, officers or agents are liable for any loss or damage which you may suffer (including without limitation indirect consequential loss or damage, loss of profits or any other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in connection with your use of this website
   e) you will provide accurate registration information, including your name, email address and password, and accept it is your duty to maintain and keep these up to date and current on this website
   f) we can at any time (and without assigning any reason) refuse to accept and/or cancel your registration on this website. So long as you have complied with the foregoing obligations and the terms referred to in paragraph 1 above, such cancellation will not affect your prior purchase of any lottery chances by means of this website nor your rights as a holder of such lottery chance
   g) you will keep your password confidential and accept that you are responsible for any misuse of such password
   
4. You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to substantiate to the promoter your representations under paragraphs 3 (a), (b) and (c) above.
   
5. You agree that we are the sole owner of all rights to technology, software and business systems utilised in this website and that your use of this website (and registration thereon) confers no right whatsoever to intellectual property contained or utilised therein. Use or publication by you of any item displayed on this website is strictly prohibited. Subject thereto (and to the rights of copyright owners other than ourselves) any documents appearing on this website may be copied by you for your personal use only and on condition that the copyright notice and source indications are also copied, that no modifications are made and that the document is copied in its entirety.
   
6. You accept that this lottery scheme is regulated by Carrick District Council Local Authority and that it is not possible to provide refunds or replacements once you have purchased your chances.
